Take the BACK OFF® Bra from the storage cradle and remove the plastic film from the BACK OFF® Bra (but DO NOT discard the plastic film - place it back in the cradle for now).
Make sure your skin is completely dry and free of any moisture or oil.
Hold the cups of the BACK OFF® Bra in your hands and lean forward allowing your breasts to move away from your torso.
Place the BACK OFF® Bra over your breasts and apply slight pressure.
Secure the side wings by smoothing onto your skin in a slightly downward position.
You may find the position is not 100% correct on the first attempt, however, just repeat the last action to get the best fit and positioning for you.
Should you find that the support wings are a little too long, you may trim them to suit.

Important: For maximum support and to ensure the BACK OFF® Bra remains in place, make sure the centre of the BACK OFF® Bra sits closely to your breastbone area.
